Works great. Use it daily.
I use the Sandisk Cruzer Ultra Fit 32GB USB 3.0 Nano Flash Pen Drive daily to (Robocopy) backup my data files. Speed, which is about 3 times faster than my previous USB 3.0 thumb drive, is impressive. The Cap is a little hard to remove - so I used 1/2" stick-on Velcro squares to improve grab space. Quick and secure, but very small and easy to lose. The cap comes off and does not stay on, so another thing to lose.

A high quality product that does what it is supposed to do.
We got it to use in a DVR and it eliminated the voice to lip movement synchronization problem that was happening with a cheaper grade zip drive.
Also, the price was good too.
