Gigantic Tablet
Very clear, huge screen. My only issues with it are: 1.) it has a stand in the back that covers a hump in the middle of the tablet which does not permit it to lay completely flat, like an Ipad or other tablet, 2.) removing the default icons from the main screen is not possible, 3.) there is no accelerometer in it that permits the screen to turn 90 degrees for page view.

The tablet came in early and with no defects that i can see. It has a good looking screen and connected to my phone carrier with no problem. Touch/flat screen tv
This is a very decently sized touch screen tv. My advise is to treat it like a high shelf tablet than just a tv monitor. It is not meant for frequent movement in my opinion. So pick a spot and let it be. But it stands up to frequent and heavy usage like a champion. I get avg 6 hrs off on full battery. More or less on ur usage. I have the brightness at 30% but the screen awake is 5 mins. I use a bluetooth remote keyboard with it also to expand the range and usage. I love it, I'm keeping mine.Lire l'avis complet...

Awesome display and the size is perfect for my needs
I had reservations about buying a used tablet, but this one far exceed my expectations. I needed a tablet for displaying pdf files with two pages side by side. This is perfect for that purpose. I have over 300 pages of song lyrics and chords and this Galaxy View fits right onto the music stand of my keyboard so now I don't have to lug around a 3" binder. Wow! This Thing is Big!!!
Fast, big and beautiful! I love this thing! It's just a great big tablet! Just added it to my AT&T account and the process was quick and easy. Just get the SIM card, install it and add to your plan online. EASY!! I wish it had an HDMI (or 2), more USB ports and that you could rotate the screen to portrait view...then it would be perfect! Many complain about the kick stand...IT CAN BE REMOVED!!! Just check it out You-Tube!! Other than that, it can connect to any Bluetooth or wireless device compatible with Android! My new computer !!
I really love this tablet !!! It's perfect and so handy !!! Great value !! Sound is great, picture great, light weight but sturdy, love the size of the screen, bye bye PC, love touch screen !! I live way in the country,we cannot get high speed Internet. I have a unlimited data plan with my phone company. I needed something big to enjoy netflix. This is the perfect device for streaming!! A complete pleasure to use and enjoy
I own a number of Samsung tablets, including the latest Tab S2. I bought this Galaxy View as the perfect display for summertime camping (boondocking with no Internet/electrical hookup). I can save shows to Netflix and watch them in the wilderness, as it is the perfect solution.
But, now, it's my favorite tablet for reading the NY TIMES in the morning, and I revel at the same-as-the-actual-newspaper size I can spread on the beautiful, high definition screen. It's also great with apps such as Kampnik and ViewRanger, where you can enjoy maps in great detail across the entire 18" screen.
It's fast, very responsive, and has a powerful battery that recharges quickly. The unit is not upgradeable above Android 5.1.1, but technical support at Netflix assures me that they will support that release for many years to come.
