Know Cell Network That Works With Specific Gear S2 Version
I quickly realized the watch's greatest value lies in being a very modest stand alone smart cell phone. Cell system compatibility and the cost of required plans are key. Compatibility includes matching Gear S2 firmware functions to provider services such as activating call forwarding. Do your homework as to issues detected after rollout and resolution status.
This little puppy fired up on cell network, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth while using sound, vibration, a visible display, checking heart rate every hour, counting steps, syncing email, app notifications, and text messages together rapidly consume stored power.
In theory, this device could be a lifeline for help, a traveler’s navigator, a heads up to adverse weather but
be realistic and get a handle on how fast the battery will turn the unit into a darkened lifeless screen.
With a brand new battery, a fast charge nightly lets me think it will serve another day.
Custom watch faces, micro apps, micro speaker sound, and tiny display real estate are not the meat of this product for me. I wouldn't rank any as negatives in the context of today miniaturization. Nor is a role as input/output device for a smart phone meat to me.
It is moving the envelope beyond the Dick Tracy wrist communicator of comic book fame. That friends is a milestone!

I bought 2
I bought 2 of them, they didn't coming in original packaging and neither came with the extra Small sized band. 1 already had scratches on the face and screen and had clearly already been used. Had to factory reset it because whoever used it before us had done something that caused it to glitch and freeze, and the battery life of it was absolutely dreadful, lasted about 7 hours from full charge to dead. Gear S2
I really wanted to try a smart watch but did not want to pay full price. I found one from a great seller and decided to try it. I choose the Samsung Gear S2 Classic because I like the look and I also have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The watch is well made and looks great but all the metal bands look and feel cheap. And though I do not normally prefer leather bands, they are the only ones that look decent. Smart watches are still very much a niche product and their limited usefulness and functionality do not yet justify their high prices and I feel that is one of the main reasons for their poor adoption. This Samsung Gear 2 Smart Watch is the best! I'm a Real Estate professional and always on the go. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my new Samsung Note 8 and smashed the glass screen protector while pulling it out of my pocket to see who's calling or to read a text message. With this Smart Watch, all I have to do is look at it and it will tell me who's calling or messaging me. I can send a reply or answer the phone right from the watch. I can talk to the watch and it will reply for me, or I can talk to the caller right over the watch. There are a lot of screen you can set up so that with a single swipe of your finger you can access favorite contacts, the weather, the news, health apps, and more. The side buttons let you access many more apps with one push. This watch allows me to still be engaged with the clients I'm working with and not offend them by constantly pulling out my phone to communicate with whoever is on the other end. I've purchased many other replacement bands to match my outfits. People are very interested in my watch when I'm using it. You can use voice commands to navigate the watch as well. I'm VERY happy with my purchase. The battery life is very great as well, I can use the watch all day and only have used 30 to 40 percent of the batter at most. Charges really fast as well. Samsung Gear S2 Watch
Watch works great, easy setup with my Samsung S9 phone. Came with no scratches, very little signs of wear on the watch band. Overall, great! I recommend buying from this seller.

Love Samsung Products!
Okay, a little background on me. I am a senior lady (73) who loves new tech, only can afford Ebay prices though. Was a bit wary
purchasing this smart watch because I didnt know if I would really use it. I have a Samsung galaxy S5 phone and this watch synced with no problem. I like the fact that the watch vibrates on my wrist when I have a call or notification. I admit my ears does not always hear my phone calls, especially when phone is in my purse.
My wrist is a little over 7", the large band seems a bit bulky, I improvised and am using 1side small band and 1side large band. Using the 2 small bands made the watch fit a bit too snug for my comfort. The watch face is big on my wrist, sits up high too, but it is so cool with the different watch faces I downloaded. Moveable dial is great to search between apps, no other smartwatch has this feature. Samsung S Health keeps me on track. I can even add glasses of water. Quality is awesome as Samsung has always pleased me. I like Apple products but feel I get more bang for my buck with Samsung. Cambié apple por samsung por primera vez.
Acabo de cambiar de teléfono, cambié mi iPhone por un galaxy por lo tanto también cambié mi reloj. No tengo nada que decir negativo sobre apple. Solo qué esta vez me enamoré del galaxy Edge 7 y del reloj samsung gear s2. El diseño del reloj es hermoso y se puede mojar cosa que el apple watch no tenía. Me gusta hacer ejercicio y nadar y al mismo tiempo medir mi
frecuencia cardíaca y actividad.
Buenos materiales,lo acabo de sacar de la caja so me falta probarlo. Pero a simple vista bastante competitivo.

Great Watch
I was looking at the new gear s3 but didn't want to spend over $400 for it. This watch is great. If you want to be able to make calls with it independently you have to buy one that matches your cell carrier. This one is for Verizon and it only costs $10 a month to add it to my cell account. I've just started getting used to everything it can do but calls are totally clear and I've never missed a message. I'm really impressed and don't think I could go back to a regular watch if i tried. A bit bulky for a woman and the rubber strap is cheap looking. Overall the watch is great! Display is crisp and clear. Easily seen in full sun. Touch screen responds well. Very happy overall.
