Very good replacement

The product was a match for my defective ice maker. I just switched out the bracket and power cord from the old unit and attached it to the new unit. I cleaned it before installing and it worked great the first time. A great Replacement Ice Maker

Bought this to replace the one that failed after 6 years. It works beautifully. Makes ice cubes like new. I am very happy with the ice maker replacement. I would positively buy it again if I need one in the future. One word to the wise, be sure to check the wire harness by testing it (ringing out) and be sure it is good to go after you remove the old ice maker. You will need to reuse this wire harness. It has a Fuse able Link built in which could be BAD.
Also, since your Frig is probably 5 or more years old, you may also want to order a new water solenoid valve and start everything off new or have it around for in the future.Lire l'avis complet...

IM900 Refrigerator Ice Maker - 5 Stars

Quality Ice Maker for my Jenn-Air

Solved iceberg issue

Our original unit was creating icebergs -- I wasn't completely sure if the problem was a leaky valve or a bad icemaker. After pulling out the icemaker ,which was very simple, I noticed that it looked very bad (the coating that lines the area where the water collects was bubbling up and cracked in places)---so I figured it needed to be replaced anyhow.---after receiving the replacement unit and installing it ,that did the job--no more icebergsLire l'avis complet...
