This is the replacement for the burner infinite switch, worked great, good pricing too. A quick note, I recommend replacing all 4. I changed 1 only to find the other three are just as bad. If you pull off the knobs, you'll see where there's actual black powder on the stove control board where the knob are mounted. Exact replacement for Whirlpool Switch 3149400

This switch is a exact electrical replacement for whirlpool switch 3149400. Mechanically it is about 1/8 inch proud of the original switch I replaced, so I had to space it back with a couple of small steel washers.Lire l'avis complet...

Installed andvwoeking

Switch arrived quickly and in good packaging. Hadcwatched a You Tube video for installation and put in the switch. It works just fine. Only improvement might be if some instructions were included.

Works Great

For the money you can't go wrong. The price was 1/4 of the original switch. The only difference I could find was the stem for the knob is 1/4" longer than the stock switch I had so the knob stands off the front of the range a bit more than the others but not enough to make it look odd or bad. You could also file a bit if needed I suppose but to me it wasn't worth the trouble for such a small difference.Lire l'avis complet...

Not as the original, not even close.

This switch works only on the highest 1 inch settings, if I set the control below 1" or so then temperature drops abruptly, almost like very low setting. Like if I set it to medium the coil heats up very low.
