Husband loves it, works excellent & has lots of power for being the smaller model. Perfect for a mechnic!!

Woos of a 1/2" drive cordless
This thing has about the same power as my 3/8 drive TradesPro, Which is way less than my 1/2" pneumatic from Harbor Freight, which is way less than my 30 year old 1/2' 110v from Harbor Freight.
I really expected it would at least break loose 1/2" lug nuts, but if I have to break them loose by hand first, then I might as well break out the pneumatic. Oh well, what do you expect for $100?Lire l'avis complet...

Use what intended for.
This is by no means a hardcore unit but will definately make the difference when needed. I think many reviews are based on what an air powered impact will do. This is not an air powered impact. My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner.
The Ryobi impact driver is an awesome tool. It is definitely going to make many of my projects that I do in my garage much simpler. Great torque, nice finish and easy to handle. 300 ft lbs save your back!
This thing can lift my truck off the ground using a scissor jack with its 300 ft lb of torque. Saves me the all the effort in changing a tire. Well worth its price in my book!

Get one NOW. Lots of power, light weight, I have 6 other one+ tools, and just like the rest, the P261 works exactly as it should. My friends get tired of me bragging about my Ryobi tools.

Works, with a caveat.
When I got it, I immediately tested it out. The very first thing I noticed was the strong smell of the electric motor. I was concerned that it would burn out.
