Does Not Fit!

Battery will not snap in the devices have to use heavy rubber bands to hold the battery in the devices.

1st battery charge cycle of the 1st battery I attempted to charge it shorted out the charging unit and nearly started a fire

Of the 4 new batteries purchased the 1st battery was put on a nearly new original Ryobi 14.4 volt charger+ and within an hour the battery shorted out and ruined the charger unit -so I am now left with a ruined Ryobi charging unit and 1 shorted out battery and 3 others of unknown but questionable condition.
