comfortable and works well

used them today for first time and overall very happy although if I use the talk button on the radio other work crew say it comes through loud but very muffled and hard to understand me, if I use the push to talk button on head set it comes through very clear but very quiet and struggle to hear me, but for me on the headphone I found them comfortable and could still wear hard hat, could hear everyone else loud and clear and was using MP3 player through headset which worked great. Cheaper than REI for sure

Should come with extra cables but they are easy enough to purchase. You only get the headset so be prepared for that.

Can it be fixed? When you put the jack in it falls inside?

Audio jack for mono to radio broke, head band broke. I think I can fix the top head strap by sowing. The mono audio jack in the headset is another matter
