Rug Doctor does it all!!
It is a high quality machine that gets the job done. I have cleaned various areas in my house including spot stains, pet mess, chairs and sofas, and even a whole flight of stairs. Nozzle quit spraying after few weeks of use!!
Used it off and on for a few weeks as I have small dogs that make an occasional potty accident. Got it out last week and when I turned it on there was no spray. I only use water in the clean solution tank so there wasn't any kind of debris that could be clogging the nozzle. All it did was drip. Pretty sure the spray pump just died as I've owned a different brand and had the same thing happen. This was a refurbished unit so thankfully it quit before the 90 day warranty was up. Won't be buying refurbished anymore. I really liked the unit when I first got it as it has really good suction and I liked the agitator brush. Have to give it one star though because of the spray failure and the hassle of having to pack it up and return it. Of course I also have to shop for another one now. it's cool I like it
i like that is has a brush that scrubs. Also like long hose and cord. Only wish it had something to hold the water tank while trying to screw the pieces back together. Hard to balance a full tank and scre too back on evenly using just one hand.Lire l'avis complet...

I like my machine but ...
Machine works well but some of the water leaks from the reservoir. Not much comes out but can make for a sloppy job when the machine is not on carpet. A towel placed underneath the unit helps but then restricts movement. Otherwise, cleans well. Tough to do large areas because it is meant to be used for spotting and the hose and handle are a bit short and there are no wands or extenders to allow you to stand while cleaning so rugs/carpet have to be done on your hands and knees.Lire l'avis complet...

Sturdy and does a good job, but not without faults.
The Good:
Suction seems excellent, Unit seems sturdy.
The not so good:
Fluid tanks leaks if you leave fluid in it during storage.
Collection tank empties clumsily. It's easy to make a mess unless you turn upside down and right side up a few times.
Fluid sprayer it a little clumsy. It's in an odd position (compared to Bissel and Hoover)

Simply marvelous
This is an amazing portable cleaner. I'm able to do the upholstery in my house as well as a my car. Easy to set up and easy to use. There is also easy clean up when the job is complete. Works Great!
This unit was "refurbished". Not sure what they did to it other than re-box it. It still had a few spots of residue on it from previous use, so I had my doubts. (a little spit shine would have been nice)
I needed this unit to clean my carpeted stairs, and I must say that it did a really nice job! I hope it keeps working for many years to come. Now, to see what it will do in the cars...Lire l'avis complet...

"Lightweight and Easy to use"

Well for starters what I paid you couldn't go wrong. It was amazing in terms of its performance. The suction is good as my chair took like an hour or less to dry.
