Entertaining then, still Is.
Because brookstone went bankrupt in 2018, the apps are no longer functional with the newer Apple devices. However, if you have an Apple device running in iOS 6 or older, the apps should still be functional. Im using an old iPod touch, and so far it seems to function well.

Needs an App that no longer available
The Rover needs an app in order to operate… the app is no longer available since Brookstone was bankrupt in 2018.
