Great sounding speakers. HD owners beware

I bought these to upgrade the stock speakers in my 03 ultra classic. They sound great with the stock radio and no amp, but they do not fit in the fairing. I have about a 1/4" gap between inner and outer fairings at the top. Going to see if I can shave some material off the 5.25" to 6.5" adapters.
