Rock band 2 - For trophy hoarders

I feel that this game does not innovate on rock band 1. The MAJOR innovation is the trophy system, WHICH could have been achieve through a PSN patch. But again, WHY would a company put out a patch for their fanbase, when you can sell more copies and make more money. Patches cost money, Games MAKE money. That's the concept.

Some improvements were noted in the graphics and gameplay aspects.

It is to be noted that ROCK BAND 2 cannot be sold is some areas like Quebec, Canada because their stupid legislation tries desperately to protect the french language by forcing companies to provide FRENCH versions of games.Lire l'avis complet...

Super Fun

Game never gets old as long as you keep purchasing new songs or have others to play with. Its basically an upgraded version of listening to a song where you're playing the song so its pretty awesome. Songs are continually being added each week to be downloaded ranging from free to 2-3 dollars. Well worth it since it'll extend the life of this game indefinitely. What a Game!!!

I did't think you could improve on the first game, but I was wrong! Not only is the songlist fanstatic but can also play songs from the previous game by downloading the Rock Band code. I would definitely recommend this game to any music loving gamer!Lire l'avis complet...

Better than rock band 1!!!

Rockband one was already a blast, but the second one has a much better playlist, I like it better... The game itself doesn't change that much, the difference you can catch the most is the set of music available. Great Buy!Lire l'avis complet...

good for more songs

all i am using this for is the 83 or so new songs. at a low price its an easy buy even with rock band 3 on the way. original songs from rock band 1 and all my track packs and downloads are easily imported into this gameLire l'avis complet...

Item as described. I am still able to buy download able content. I bought some songs to play including Breaking Benjamin and Skillet. Will buy more songs there is just some many I like.

RB2 for PS3

Thought it was going to be just like the first RB but improvements were made and it is a blast to play.

To cool for school.

A lot like rock band. New songs and a little more polished. You can do a band freeplay, and band members aren't limited to just one instument. They can change from lead singer to drummer to guitarist on demand. The best thing about RB2 is that you can import your purchased and unlocked songs from RB1.
