Why didn't I know about Robot Coupe sooner?

The R2 is fantastic. I was.concerned it had less horse power than other processors, but the RPMs make up for it. It's a beast! I am a home user, but process large quantities of vegetables for home fermentation and general food prep. This thing saves me an incredible amount of time. Put on the continuous feed attachment, put a container underneath and away we go. Reduced my processing time by almost an hour!

Best food processor made!

I was in the restaurant business for 20 years and this is the best food processor made as far as I know. Everyone I know in the business threw out their Cuisinart and uses this at their home as well. I am giving them as wedding presents to two different couples this year. It is simple and works well. You can easily pour through the opening in the top.
