Is as Described. Would recommend size tester pack to get fit correct. Takes a while to get use too it inserted. Found it helped with better sleep, breathing, and I gather most snoring was quieter or didn't happen as much. Worth a go.Lire l'avis complet...

It reduced my snoring considerably, according to my wife. It's so much easier to breath through my nose with the device in place. I find it comfortable to sleep with and use it every night. I'm sure you could get more than the 30 day's use the maker suggests, from each device. It is made from sturdy plastic that holds its shape well. I wash the device in soap and water each morning to keep it clean. I also sanitise it in a weak bleach solution for 15 mins each week to kill any nasties.Lire l'avis complet...
