Action and intrigue with secrets
This is a game filled with action, and hidden caches to be found. There are many weapons to use as well as your intuition. It's a fairly predictable story line, though there are always surprises, and challenges.I enjoyed it when I first played it, and now my grandson is having a blast. Brings back memories from original version. Great product for the price!!!
I was one of the first to play the original "Wolfenstein". Love the original game. One day while I was shopping I saw the new Wolfenstein, but I didn't have a PS2 at the time. So years went by whe I was lucky to find a PS2 for sale for only 20 bucks. Still in the box, brand new. So I bought the new Wolfenstein on E-Bay for a great price. The game reminds me so much of the original. Love playing the game on my spare time. My favorite game ever
I was addicted to this game for 2 years. I have not played it in a few months now, but I still have fond memories of kicking [...] in team play with my roommate by my side. The single player mission is good fun, on par with other games of its age, and has good "scaryness" as well as a range of environments not typically seen in other shooters, such as WWII towns covered in snow & ancient, zombie infested basements.
The multiplayer game is where the real fun it at. The character classes are well balanced, and it is fun to play all 4. The maps that come with the game are OK, but the avialability of TONS of additional maps from the modification community make it really worth-while. Team play is a blast, with balanced weapons, good cheater-suppression and good controls. Well thought out game that incorporates most of the best aspects of multiplay from the time. If you Remember WOLF 3D from back in the early 90's then This is a game you have to play. It's a Fantastic first person shooter that brings you back to your Childhood. I played this game on PC back in 1988 when it first came out on a 286 dx 16 with 4 megs of memory on a 80 MEG Seagate hard drive. This game takes that experience and BLOWS IT UP 1000 Times Bigger and Better. The story line the weapons the graphics it's all there to be had. Classic Wolfenstein Adventure!
A great classic first person shooter combined with puzzle and reasoning challenges. It may not have the graphics of the later release, but it's still a great game.
