A great read - one of the best Redwall novels!
I have never posted a review on eBay (or anywhere for that matter), but I wanted to provide an actual item review, not a seller complaint (see the lone prior review). With Brian Jacques' Rewall books, one finds common themes and storylines in each of his now 18 submissions to the series (I have found that mixing my reading of them with other authors I like keeps them fresh and exciting). The Legend of Luke is perhaps my favorite Rewdall book aside from Rewall itself. I liked the seafaring theme, the wonderful cast of characters (especially Martin the Warrior and Luke himself), and the suspenseful plot twists: I also enjoyed the melodramatic ending. If you have experienced Brian Jacques' anthropomorphic world and been entranced by the heros and villains, is easy to appreciate this book. I recommend reading Redwall before The Legend of Luke so that more of the setting and animals are understood. Overall a great book!Lire l'avis complet...
Redwall series doesn't disappoint, Legend of Luke
great book! finally a book that gives the final saga of two warriors. I recommend this book along with the entire series to anyone who likes fantasy adventurous books. A++
