ehhh. its ok. i guess
you know, i grew up reading most of the dragonlance series and books alike. as ive gotten older i have sort of strayed away into other literary ventures. i came across this book and remember the infamous lord soth from the dragonlance series. I remebered back to how much joy i got out of reading those books when i was younger. so i bought it. i came home from work five days later and found this book in my mail box. i was a little excited i have to admit to read it. then i started reading it.......dear god, this book sucks. the whole premise was god awful. why did they do this to such a creative character? why would they take and pull a character like lord soth and place him in the ravenloft world? no one knows and frankly i dont care. what it comes down to is this: stick to tsr's classics. please dont buy this book.Lire l'avis complet...
best book ive ever read
i have read 1000s of fiction fantasy/horror/sci-fi fooks in my life. ravenlofts kinigh of the black rose is the best ever, soth is a bada$$ villian/hero and strahd i love to hate. strahd is the ultimate bad guy in fantasy horror and soth is gonna show him he has meat his match , just imagine in jandar from vampire of the mist had teamed up with soth against strahd. they would kick his butt, hell in hand to hand soth could do it alone but addin janders abilitys also omg it would be a fight.Lire l'avis complet...

Great Read
this is aGreat Book. Very well wrtten story. This wa my first ravenloft book. The knight of the black rose is a great way to get introduced to a good book series
This book is amazing.
This book is one of the best written for any D&D setting, in my opinion. It captures the feel of Soth perfectly and weaves the setting of Ravenloft in a dark-fairy-tale atmosphere... amazing, amazing.
