Quincy M.E. Season 3: a real classic and a must have for every TV fan.

This DVD set contains all episodes of the third season of Quincy M.E. The episodes all have English subtitles for the Hard of Hearing. There is a trailer for other Universal TV series on DVD, but that's the only extra on the set.

The episodes all have a very clear image quality and the sound is fine. They appear to be uncut and have the original pretitle sequence teasers as origiannly aired on TV. Mr. Jack Klugman is the star of this series and luckily he is present in all episodes. He really plays Quincy very believably as a determined straightforward sometimes annoying medical examiner with only one purpose: finding the truth. No one is going to stop him with that mission and he is willing to use all means, still by the excellent acting of Klugman the audience is always on the side of dr. R. Quincy all the way. Mr. Jack Klugman is backed by a staff of fine co-stars, like Robert Ito, Garry Walburg and John S. Ragin as his boss doctor Asten. The front of the boxset states 'the Original Crime Scene Investigator' and that's true, modern day TV series have more blood, but this series is the first of the series in the forensic formula.
