Good Product lacking documentation and support

My only issue with this product is that it did not come with Instructions on how to operate it, or assemble the tension loop.
on the box, it lists a website for patterns and instruction, but this website is cumbersome to use and not easily navigated (probably due to the site being in German and using auto page translate may be the issue) All in All a good product though.Lire l'avis complet...
