The BEST Arnold film EVER MADE!!!

Predator

Action fans and Arnold fans need this film in their collection. Predator is still one of my favorite action films ever made. Fifteen thumbs up!!

Action, adventure, special effects and bad accents make this movie one for the ages. Anybody growing up to action films starring the likes of Van Damme, Ahnold, and Sly will remember this film as one of the best action films of it's time.

Predator is about a team of military personnel who go on a rescue mission in the jungle. The team soon finds out they're not alone and fight for their lives against a being from outer space.

Predator (DVD, 2001)

Maj. Dutch Schaeffer (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and his commandos are sent to eliminate a band of gun runners in Central America. But when they get there, they find something totally different.There is a crached chopper and the entire team is missing. Soon they find them slaughtered and butchered and hanging in the trees like sides of meat. There also appeared to have been a terrible fire fight, but there are no bodies other than the dead Americans. Dutch and his group, Dillon, Blain, and the others, catch up with the gun-runners and a fight breaks out. They kill all of them except for a woman that they take prisoner. But now, there is another problem. There is something else out there, and its hunting them. As they try to reach their extraction point, whatever this thing is, it isn't human, and it is invisible. When this thing attacks, there is nothing left but blood and guts. This alien life form is killing for sport, and taking skulls and other parts for trophies. Eventually, it gets down to Dutch (Schwarzenegger) and the alien. Dutch figures a way to evade it, and tries to kill it, but it has some kind of atomic type device in its arsenal of weapons and detonates it, rather than being taken alive. Predator

Dutch and a team of commandos have been sent into a Central American jungle to track down some missing airmen that were kidnapped by terrorists. By the time they get to the camp, the airmen have been butchered in a very violent fashion and the commandos retaliate on the terrorists' camp. After that's over, they wait for a helicopter to pick them up, but something strange begins to happen in the woods. It isn't long before the commandos start getting killed off and Dutch and a girl from the camp, Anna, are the only people left and fighting for their lives. But what they discover is too shocking for them to imagine. What's been killing them is the Predator, an alien that hunts rare species and make his trophies out of their skulls. Entertaining without making streaming companies any profit.

Typical Arnold, incredible entertainment, did not want to give cable / streaming companies the same amount for a decades old move, they can pound it. This was a better option and now I own it.

One of Arnold's better movies. I always enjoy watching it. Filmed in Mexico, the forest is gone. Great DVD.

Not typical of my usual choice of DVD's.
but it'a great movie-lots of suspense and great special effects
