Handy Ketone and Glucose Testing
I just started the Keto Diet and this tool has been awesome in helping me make sure that I am in the correct range for adapted ketosis. It will also check for blood glucose levels which was an additional bonus. The testing strips are pricey but E bay has some better deals where they are not as expensive as other places. I Love My Precision Xtra Blood Ketone Meter

Very happy with product
Been using my precision xtra for a few weeks now. Very satisfied with the kit besides the lancet. I feel that the lancet is made super cheap and It’s flimsy. The adjustment for how hard it pricks you is not accurate and some pricks hurt worse than others when it’s on the same setting. Although the product arrived with a flat battery, the product works very well. I had read reviews before buying it and I found that it is a good piece of equipment. It has a good instruction manual.

Great meter
Gives an accurate reading of your ketones. Light, easy to use, and easy to see. Just wish the strips were cheaper.

What was expected but...
As expected BUT all the paperwork that came in the box was in English EXCEPT the instruction manual which was in Spanish.. and that is the one part that I needed.. had to down load a manual which wasn't a big deal except it was 60 pages. Would have been nice to get the instructions I needed along with the purchase but otherwise, does what I need it to do.Lire l'avis complet...

It's very easy to use and very helpful. I especially like the ability to check ketone levels in order to know if I have gotten into ketosis.
