I’ve used this model for over 15 years, I still own the original. I just keep an extra one on my desk charged and ready to go. You can simply buy a spare battery for times when battery is low. Excellent preowned office headset

Bought this a a replacement for my worn out Plantronics of the same model. I was able to plug it in to my existing phone set up, charge it up & I was good to go-works perfectly. My job involves a high volume of calls, so a headset is essential. Glad I was able to find this one at an affordable price, since I'm required to provide my own. This is the 4th Plantronics CS540 headset that we have purchased, they work great with our NEC and now our Nextiva phone systems.
