Doesn't work well for me; cuts in and out

easy to integrate with pc. its the brand that we use at work, but I had a different model and wanted this one.
these are supposed to be really powerful headphones made for the grunt of working remotely and being on the phone contently.
they don't seem to have much distance can't leave the room and they seem to cut in and out. work well for about 20 minutes then they go haywire.

Checked the connection and the doggle and everything connected.
I had noticed that the doggle was always flashing. went to pull it out and it was stuck, but stopped flashing. did I solve my problem?Lire l'avis complet...

Absolutely love these neckband earbuds. Comfortable, easy to use, and are working well in an office environment with limited privacy and ample background noise.
