it took a couple weeks to figure out that it was this new headset causing an echo not on my side but on the other caller's side. SO weird. everything they said was repeated to them and not me. after repeated call of the other side thinking they had a bad connection my coworker called me from my phone and it happened to me. Simple and effective

Nothing fancy - just the thing you expect out of Plantronics. The bummer is that the microphone does need to be close to your mouth or else the other party has a hard time hearing you.

Plantonics CS55 DECT 60 Noise Canceling Wireless Headset only works occasionally. Once I hear the beeping the call will auto cut off.

This should be replaced.

Perfect fit and replacement for my old broken CS-55 headset. About the only things you have to do is charge it up and pair it with your existing CS55 base (which takes literally 5 seconds.)

Poor sound quality

This product does not work well and has poor sound quality and it could not be adjusted to work that well at all. Plus the battery is dead in the ear set.

Can you hear me ?

The volume is very low even on the highest setting. People can not hear on the other end it's a whisper for them not happy at all.. It was not shipped in a closed boxed just an opened box
