This is the best headset I've ever used. call quality is excellent and noise reduction works well. the UC version comes with a USB transceiver that lets you connect to your desktop if you don't have Bluetooth. Excellent headset!!

This headset is great! It has Amazon Alexa built in, and you can also use Google assistant and/or Samsung's Bixby. The sound quality is outstanding in both directions. People I'm talking to sound crisp and clear, and they say the same about my voice. The noise/wind cancelling has come a long way since I started using bluetooth headsets.
I aslo like the standard micro USB charge port, so my other chargers work with it. Nothing proprietary.
The charging case is well thought out too. It holds the earpiece and all the accessories, charges the headset and also serves as a battery backup capable of recharging the earpiece twice.
The included BT600 dongle allows me to connect the headset to my PC too! Now I can use my headset for all my Skype, GSuite and WebEx meetings.
The best thing about this headset for me is the range. I can now walk around my house without the annoying "PC disconnected... PC connected" messages in my ear as I go in and out of range.
If there is a knock, I don't think the battery lasts as long as advertised. I take a couple hours of meetings, and a few calls and have to charge it every 2-3 days. I expexted it to last longer. However, it is adequate to get through the most "connected" day in my schedule without fear of going dead.

Great functionalities - a must for people on the move

Good Quality and is really smart. Don't buy if using a VoiP desk phone.

Bought this instead of the Legend for the ability to connect (2) devices. My Convoy 3 cell and my Yealink T46G desk phone. Which was a mistake because my desk phone doesn't recognize the bluetooth chip included, but it connects to both phones using the Yealink dongle. And this headset must be smarter than both phones because neither the hands free answer or the button answer any incoming calls, so you must answer calls with a button on the phone. I'm currently using a Legend, which is responding better. Never tried it with a PC and it might work much better with the recommended app. This item is also certainly made for smaller ears than the Lengend.Lire l'avis complet...

Awesome Improvements and neat additional features not enjoyed before! KUDOS to Plantronics!

I replace the previous version of this Plantronics Bluetooth, and there is absolutely very little comparison, additionally this one includes a combination storage and charging storage box within it You receive a dongle to plug into Your computer which will allow You to tune in on trainings, music, etc while not disturbing anyone nearby. Beyond expectation.

Very nice product, takes some getting used to, as the ear piece doesn't fit naturally into the ear canal. It's more like a mega- phone style ear piece that lays on the surface of the ear. Sound quality exceeded my expectation.

Good, but hoping for more

I bought this to replace an older headset of the same type. I really like these Plantronics headsets because they are extremely comfortable - I often forget I have it on.

I had seen some specs where the bluetooth 4.1 range was much better than my older headset - it is better, but not that much better, so I'm a little disappointed there. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.Lire l'avis complet...

Awesome mic! Great sound. Poor comfort. Bad fit on the top charging port on the case.

The sound good. The mic is awesome! I could be out in a wind that was whistling in my ears, the person on the other end could hear me just fine but could barely hear the wind at all! The battery life is great. I do have a problem with comfort though. I was quite disappointed, a headset that is this expensive should be comfortable. It is not that it is awful but my ear gets sore after wearing it for a couple hours. (I have a friend who has one like this who has the same problem)
The charging port on the top of the case does not work at all. The headset does not fit in the slot in a way that makes contact with the contacts so it does not work at all. The internal charging contacts work just fine though.Lire l'avis complet...

Great product

Intuitive interface. Reasonable battery life. Can only wear it for 4-6 hour before it irriatates my ear. I bought for the mike features and that I can have multiple devices online. It works.

Absolutely LOVE it!

This is actually the best earphone I've had in quite some time! I love the option of direct bluetooth or the USB dongle, and there are no issues whatsoever with having multiple devices (laptop & cell phone) connected at once, it has been switching effortlessly and painlessly. And I totally love the case, keeps it all nice and tidy, rather than strung across my desk...plus 2 options for charging. What could possibly go wrong???
