It's hard to compare both movies because Pitch Perfect 1 is much better than second part but both are enjoyable movies and you can spend free time in good mood. PP 1, however, is not something new and it's totally predictable you will enjoy it, because it has very optimistic plot, cool and shy main character played by Anna Kendrick and backup comedians like Adam Devine and Rebel Wilson. And also music used in a capella songs is great. PP 2 is on level or two lower than its prequel and final songs are much worse than in part one, but still it's funny but plot isn't so interesting now and more to make you laugh than something else. What is great in this franchise is riff-off on both parts. About the release - it's Blu-Ray B region which means it's for Europe or Australia. A lot of fun stuff (deleted scenes in PP 1 would totally change look of the film from sweet, happy romantic comedy and full of music into some kinky stuff and in PP 2 deleted scenes are sometimes better than originally used).
