Long delay between what's being said/played and what you are hearing on the DVD

I've seen the movie many times times and love it.. The problem with this DVD is that the voices do not match their lips on the screen.. There is a significant delay which makes it pretty much unwatchable.. Even watching them play is difficult to enjoy because it's not matching up to what their hands are doing.. I don't even know if I can return it. I checked my other dvds and they play fine.. I hate giving bad reviews but I don't know what to do with this dvd.Lire l'avis complet...
