Cheap, small, useful
Compact size is excellent for small office space or home use. Prints wicked fast. Easy to set up and they have a user friendly app. Replacement toner is around 20 bucks. Overall good value.

Great printer, lousy instructions
Everything about this printer is great, except the quick start guides and manual are way over complicated and confusing. They take a simple process and present it as rocket science. Took almost all day to get everything sorted and working as intended, but again that is only due to poor technical writing and product documentation. The printer is really nice, sturdy and compact, makes great prints and works with my w7 PC wirelessly, and 2 android devices via the app.2 important things that are not mentioned at all,1) don't plug the printer into the same outlet as your PC, when it cycles it causes enough of a voltage drop to make the PC reboot, and 2) when you are done setting the printer up to be wireless with your PC,you need to be sure to remove the usb cord.Lire l'avis complet...

Best bang for your Buck
Awesome and amazing. I had my doubts with something that was not a brand name. At least not one that I was familiar with but it was well worth the money. It works great 👍👍👍👍👍

Not efficient printer
When I tired to print it kept jamming the paper and I had to clear the jam every time.

Price was right and fast shipping.
Had a previous Pantum printer that got goofy and died after 6 years. Always worked well and did a good job even tho the previous installation paperwork was a little vague. This one came with better paperwork and set up easily. For the price if I get 6 years from this one it's worth it.Lire l'avis complet...

Small but not mighty
This copier is used regularly for printing. I am a private tutor, so I use it a lot. I am not impressed with cartridge price, connectivity to my mini Mac and how to problem solve. Bluetooth is inconsistent and I spend too much time trying to get it to connect. When it 'overheats' or I evidently copy too much, It stops working altogether and I have to just quit working at that point.
I should have been more diligent looking for a better printer. I rushed.

Works very good but don't expect forever
The printer does a good job for the money but my they are like a bic pen, when they develop a malfunction replacement is the only cure. My first one quit like a blown fuse but I got my monies worth.

I have been scamed.
It was open box, and it was not operational. Apparantly, all they did was repackage it without testing it,,and send it out to the next unlucky customer.
