Appears to be well made - definitely more convenient and safer than pyrotechnic flares - hopefully with never have to use it -

Look elsewhere -- dangerous to depend on this.
Do not depend upon this product for safety reasons. I purchased this product on January 13, 2023 and 10 months later took it out to check status and found the entire bottom rotted off. I might expect some corrosion or other cleanable situation but not the complete destruction of the unit. It had been stored in its original packaging with the batteries installed, ready to deploy in an emergency as you might expect to do with such a product.
