You don't have to go for the blue like I did, but man is this watch pure fun.
That's what Orient is all about to me... It's like Seiko's weird cousin that no one wants to really associate with. Every single Orient watch seems to be detailed, intricately designed, quality forward, and yet with this strange oddball twist on almost every piece.
So, this piece, the "Envoy" as it's called... You've got super classic elements like the domed crystal, the sunburst dial, onion crown those Romans... Oh how I love Romans on a watch. But wait, what's all this? Open caseback? Matching croc strap? The open heart? Apple hands?? What is this madness?
This madness is a watch replicated NOWHERE. I mean seriously, show me a quality timepiece that resembles this thing. This will get looks, comments, and conversation starters. At 44mm, it's big, but just on the edge of not being too big. Total watch nerd heaven right here.Lire l'avis complet...
