I like this toothbrush
If you like hard toothbrushes, then these brushes are for you. If you have sensitive teeth or gums, then pass on these brushes. The design and material are also not the same as you would get on a USA model. The USA brushes are much softer and the brushes are longer. These brushes also don't change in color as the USA

Oral B vs. Knock-offs
A little more money, but way out in front of the knock-off no-brands. I have tried both, and these are hands down "the best for your money".
