Quality was OK. Just too hard for the layman to put in service.

Never could get it "synced", so the first two questions really don't count. I thought it would be plug and play, but it turned out I was completely lost when I tried to get it working.

Direct mini genie

Called direct to get it programmed so son could have a box in his room but Directv wouldn't activate box saying if I bought it online it was no good and most likely under someone else's account that I would have to buy from them.Lire l'avis complet...
