Exactly what I needed for my Toro!
Wasn’t sure how to remove the old one, but once this one can in it became clear that you just twist it up and slide it out of the handle. Popped the new one and all is well again! Real easy!

Toro Brake/start cable.
I have a Toro Super Recycler Model 20054 (made in 2007) and this cable fits perfectly. I'm sure it fits other models as well.
