Versatile, amazingly tasty product for making restaurant style sauces.
A few things. When you open the bottle, it looks like it's only 2/3rd full. Don't worry, there is plenty in there.
What a great product. You can cook curry sauces like a pro after a few tries.
My favorite recipe is one cup of the powder, two cups of milk, curry powder and then a little corn starch if you want a thicker sauce. Or you can add mozzarella cheese to thicken it up.
That's the way I use the product. Some people just mix it with milk and drink it. Haven't tried that.
Also, you can make a sauce with milk, coconut powder and peanut butter. Heat and stir well. Like I said, if you want it thicker, add a little flour or corn starch.
Two pounds lasts us about two to three months making a three cup sauce every few days.

Coconut milk powder
This coconut milk powder, has a great taste. Dissolves in to liquid really well. I like it in my tea more than regular coconut milk.
