Use with caution while taking other meds.

Great product, great packaging, great price, goes fantastically with caffeine.
Great price, solid trustworthy shrinkwrapped packaging, and good pill quality. The capsules are large but smooth and surprisingly easy to swallow with water.
I got it to try with caffeine at a 2:1 ratio, one of these pills with half of a 200mg caffeine pill, so 200mg of L-Theanine with 100mg of caffeine.
With caffeine alone I would feel very energetic but also irritable, anxious, and prone to panic attacks, depression, and anger.
The L-Theanine counters all of those at a level I still can't believe.
I would often scowl when on caffeine, whereas now I smile, with the same energy level.
I can focus better and I don't experience any of the frustration I would previously get from all the negative side effects.
It's truly incredible. I see why it's so recommended.
You can play with dosage ratios if you like. These particular capsules, like most capsules, cannot be cut in half, but you can try them with different caffeine amounts. If you want more fine tuning or smaller pills I'd recommend tablets instead of these capsules, but these work perfectly for me.Lire l'avis complet...

Missed out on sleep for too long. Glad that's over with.
One thing about this product that really stood out right away, is that I am not waking up all through the night any longer. I sleep great now.

Worth Every Penny
I use this with coffee before I meditate and start my day. It's really good for mental calm and will also help later at night when you can't sleep.

Terrible product
This stuff is horrible! I took 1 capsule ( dont like capsules cause you never know whats reallly in them) I waited & nothing so I took 1 more like an hour and s half later & started sweating and my foot was shaking while I was driving wich was scary. Tried drinking coffe with one this morning and nothing but sweat again and it actually gave me anxiety! I never read so many good reviews on such a horrible product, seems suspicious! Until I found this stuff. I've bought other brands that weren't nearly as good but this stuff Ive taken for the past year. I'm taking two a day now. I am still getting better as we speak. I am no longer emotional as before and I can talk to people without worry. And it doesn't turn you into a "drone" so to speak either.
