Sweet Dreams
NOW essential oils have been used by me for a variety of things. They are cold-pressed and/or steam distillation. Cold pressing is highly regarded as the extraction method of choice. Steam distillation is the most popular method used to extract and isolate essential oils from plants for use in natural products. The bottles last quite a long time, as the oils are concentrated, and often have to be diluted before use.

Good nights sleep
I use it every night in my diffuser. I have a 500ml diffuser and use about 8-10 drops and run it for 6-8 hours. I continue to smell hints of it in the morning, obviously not as strong as when I first turn it on but still some remains. Just to note, this oil does stain the inside of diffusers, at least mine. It is white and is now orange/yellow. I dont care in the slightest as its inside and I dont see it but just wanted to make note.

Peaceful.
I wanted something to help with my sleep, so I ventured out with this oil. It smells so good!! The price wasn't too shabby either.

Helps me feel relaxed
The smell of this is wonderful. It makes me feel relaxed after my shower at night. I also put some drops in my daughters bath at night to help her relax as well.

Great for kids bedtime
I have been using this oil as aromatherapy for years and it really helps my children go to sleep calmly , it also is great for adults, sometimes I mix it with lavender for a relaxed peaceful sleep.

Bright sleep? Yes!
Very different from my Eden's Garden Good Night blend, this was a perfect change up and has lots of citrus! It's refreshing but very effective in promoting sleep. My husband and I love it!
