Used this brand and stopped smoking.
I highly recommend this product. The step one patches didn't want to stick too well so i used medical tape over the edges and that worked great. They did such a great job curbing any cravings that by step 2 phase I just skipped to step 3 and was done with it. It's probably not recommended to do that, but ion my case, it worked ok. I would reduce your smoking to a half a pack a day two weeks before starting these which will let you start with step 2 nicotine dosing of about 14 mg per day or about half a pack's worth.Lire l'avis complet...

Nicoderm makes the best patches
I buy Nicoderm patches because they stay put --unlike others-- and because they seem to have the greatest effect in stopping cravings for cigarettes. The step 3 patch, however, is super-small and has sometimes come off, especially when I have been sleeping, I wish Nicoderm could make a 7 mg patch that is more like the size of the 14 mg patch.Lire l'avis complet...

Great quality for great price!
Bought this for my grandson who has already used step 1 and 2 and find they work well. This was sold for an excellent price compared to what it would have cost even through BJ's!

What can you say about a patch? Delicious LOL. just kidding, don't eat it. Seems to help curb cravings and better than smoking. Does create some bizarre dreams though which I find entertaining.
