Great product for the price
Its unlocked,meaning I can use any carrier I choose. It gets excellent reception and has an to use web interface. I bought 2 of these. They both work great.

Just as advertised - New in Box
Product was just exactly as advertised and works perfectly!
Slid my chip from the old one into the new one and wham bamm done!!!
The only hiccup is that my old Windows 7 computer will not connect unless I use an ethernet cable, it always connected w/o ethernet before; the windows 10 computer and any cell phones connect without a problem. Any ideas?Lire l'avis complet...

Work around
AT&T does not provide internet service in our area. This was suggested for work around and it did not work as a good way for internet connection even using another separate line
hot spot.

These modems have lots of issues, save yourself a big headache and get a modem number one not branded by ATT and make sure your good with your service provider, Netgear Nighthawk has issues with ATT also. Bad Choice for Broadband
Apparently the device is very fragile. In hindsight, I should've never purchased it, but I was desperate, and wouldn't recommend it. I'm not sure if the device was partially damaged or just a lemon ... but I just wrote it off as a bad experience, and cut my losses!Lire l'avis complet...

when you get it to work works great
Don't come with a battery will not work without the battery, sim slot very sensitive 1 out 4 times the router does not see the sim card you have to remove and reinsert the card to be read.

In hopes of great use
My kids use these for internet and TV , costs less than most plans, we purchased to use for my Dad's TV in his room so he can continue with his internet TV .
