This formula for hair skin and nails has a more variety of nutrients than the regular or other brands. It has really helped me with my problem of hair loss. It also contains vitamins that the rest of your body needs without going over board on the iron. When I run out and don't take it for a few weeks, I can really tell the difference with my hair and how I feel. WORKS WELL
Works nicely - but it takes about-3 months to "eye" the results. My hairdresser says that is standard, as hair has to grow out I found excellent results especially my nails. Its worth the investment.
