Very good weekend game!
Although EA have had a fairly smooth run of their NBA Live series of late, the current instalment tweaks the control system and incorporates the Dynamic DNA, the system that mirrors real-world events into your copy of the game and basically makes the season more official and realistic to the player. However, the most noticeable difference is the speed of the play which is now faster and easier to pull off maneuvers with some realistic fluidity.

Even though the game borders on arcade and simulation, the ball physics of NBA Live 10 is quite realistic at times and seeing the real-world players in virtual form allows a stronger link for the gamer, provided you are a fan of NBA. Needless to say, it's quite an impressive sight on the PS3.

NBA Live 10 Review for the PS3
The latest installment of the EA Sports NBA Live series has far surpassed the 09 edition as it allows much more player movement and interesting features such as the online make a squad option where players can team up to compete against another squad online. The best part of the newest version is the loose ball battles and the realistic rebounding. If I have one complaint it is the overwhelming number of turnovers. I find the AI is a bit simple and players have no concept of the out of bounds line. All in all the game is much better than the past few years and will certainly bring back fans as NBA2K10 has been slowly absorbing the fan base.Lire l'avis complet...
Game is better than last year....LIVE IS BACK
To be honest....I was gonna pick up 2k10 cause I have been on 2k for the past 3 years but something told me to go back to the boys that started it all...EA SPORTS! and so I rented this game....and WOW, much better than last year.
The graphics are good, teams are accurate...and the atmosphere of the game is alot better (took notes from 2k i guess) and the player models and ball handling is much better than 2k.
The only thing that is better with 2k than this game is that NBA LIVE the passing is not as good and the sub patterns are bad...but overall this is a fun game and got my vote over 2k this year.... OVERALL B-Lire l'avis complet...

The game is tight and it has alot of depth. It's ultra realistic and really represents the game quite well. I like that the game is not too easy and it still is easy to use. EA sports is the leader in sporting games in my eyes. You can't go wrong with an EA game!!Lire l'avis complet...
AMAZING!
This game is amazing. Lets start off. When you are loading to go to a game or simply leaving a game or even waiting for your main menu to come back then You dont have to just wait You Can TRAIN. You can pick out of mulitiple players like Kobe And Howard.Its kind of hard to dunk you dont get the idea of what it says on the manual. All you have to do is Hold R2 and press ◘ (square). Then Its Actually pretty cool you get into the tempo and it actually seems that your there playing. Great graphics and sound effects the crowd gets kind of annoying at times but overal 5/5 !!!!Lire l'avis complet...

Nba live 10 is a great game. i play this over 2k, actually i traded in nba 2k11 for this game and it was the best desiscion i ever made. the graphics are amazing, the courts and players look so real. Nba 2k11 is fun and a great game but it looks like a cartoon, the players look retarted and move retarted. The player models in live are amazing, a joy to look at. the announcing is sub par, but the stadium sounds make up for it. I play this game everyday and enjoy it everyday, GEt this awsome piece of gameLire l'avis complet...

The a.i. is very high in this game. As with any game it does have it quirks, computer sometimes when pressured will just launch long threes, but otherthan that highly recommend this game. It seems to run offensive and defensive schemes quite well. I have not played the game any higher than all-star level yet. Tho it is very competitive even at this level and requires skill and patience to win. I downloaded both demos nba 2k10 and live 10, felt that live 10 was much more fluid and the a.i. a higher level, thus chose to buy nba live 10. great value for the money I paid!
Great game, love the gameplay and different features within the game and its options. Not a complete knockout, but good enough that i'm satisfied with my purchase and continue to play the game.
Good not great
I like how they put in team playbooks. What don't like is on higher skill levels like all-star or superstar, it seems like computer can do no wrong in terms of making every shot and playing perfect d while you and your teammates offense and defense seems to go down. You eventually will get blown out if you don't cheat by increasing your settings in gameplay. Overall just good not great.Lire l'avis complet...
