Rich, decadent introduction into what vinyl should sound like
This replaces the Ortofon 2M Red which came standard on my new Technics SL1500C table. The Ortofon sounded very clear and detailed, but also clinical, almost digital in the signature. This Nagaoka MP-150 by contrast sounds incredibly rich and enveloping, with all the harshness of the Ortofon gone, bigger soundstage and more punch to the transients to create a "bigger" sound.
