My Baby First Steps Review

I got this for my twin 6 yr old daughters who are fascinated with babies. They seem to love it! The only complaint I have is that I wish that the directions were more informative! It took me a long time(& lots of web searching)to figure out how to purchase clothes for the baby so I could explain it to my girls. Just so you know how too...once you pick the item to buy(if you have enough $), drag the item to the piggy bank in the lower right corner of the screen and a bubble will pop up asking if you'd like to buy the item....
The fact that the two "helpers"(doctor & nurse) pop in once in a while to help keeps me from giving it a lower rating. They are helpful. I realize that this game has to be played by some trial and error, but the fact that I'm watching my daughters figure it out mostly by themseves is very rewarding and fun for me too. It teaches them to be responsible when caring for a baby and it is somewhat like real life in having to be consistent and patient in order to teach a baby. In the end, I'm glad I purchased this game and when compared to other "baby care" games that I've previously bought, this one is definately the best one yet!Lire l'avis complet...

Very Entertaining - but not really E for every age!

It is a little complicated for a child to learn, but my 9 year old daughter "had" to have it and loves it! She played with it for hours as soon as she got home and I have a feeling she will wake up early just to play. She played it on a DS before and so she had some knowledge, we tried to get the baby to go to sleep and you could not take the book out of her hand or turn off the light until she fell asleep. my three year old little girl loves watching me play this game. its to hard for little children to play but it helps teach her ways of helping me take care of her new baby brother. My daughter loves this game

I bought this game for my 6 year old. She loves it. It was a little tough for her to get used to but once she did, it one of her favorites.

My daughter loves this game. It is a little hard for her to understnad some parts but it is a good game. She is 6 1/2 so an older child would be able to read all of it herself.

My Baby's First Step

This game is great for the kids, although it's just a one player game we still have fun playing it. I decided to buy the game because it looked like fun, and it is!
