Better shape than expected.
This device was almost new outside of the explained defect.. Yes.. changing out that particular part or defect was extremely difficult. You literally had to tear down the entire device just to get to it right. But in the end it's definitely worth the time. I would have naturally ignored this but it happened to ride right at the exact same point of where your message box appears when texting along with the cursor itself. Yeah there was no getting around that.
