Quality product - converts phantom to 3-4v for headset mic
It has a good feel to it, solid, good sound quality. It also has a low bass boost switch on the side. The adapter takes phantom power and lowers it down to 3-4v.

Works great with my headset microphone.
I bought this as a gamble. It works very well with my Pyle Pro PMMHS20. Phantom power required.

everything sounds good
I tested it quite superficially with Shure PGA31 headset condenser microphone and small Behringer mixer. Connectors are exactly as needed for Shure mic and everything sounds good.
