Small but Mighty
I cut a lot of Sheet Metal, especially 22 to 26 gauge stainless and this tool has replaced by Milwaukee 18 V cut off tool for that. Very balanced and lots of control. Good cut-off tool
I bought it specifically for tile work. The smaller size & ergonomics are better biomechanically than the grinder I've been using. The smaller diameter of the disc allows for tighter radius cuts. All other reviews say to use a 4.0 or higher battery. Lire l'avis complet...

Powerful little cutoff tool.
For a 12v tool, It works awesome. I used it to build a roll cage for my SXS, with the right cutting discs, it can perform very well! Make sure to use the larger 12v batteries, it eats through the small ones pretty quick.Lire l'avis complet...

Sweet cut off saw for small jobs
I jumped on this tool because there is always just one thing in metal I need to cut all of a sudden and the hacksaw is always a struggle. I had a 18" piece of 12ga stainless that I needed to cut across and this went through it easily. BUT it sucked the battery dry in no time so I would recommend the 3.0 or the XC style batteries for any larger project. The 1.5 batteries that I have were warm in about 5 minutes of cutting. I needed to let them cool before the charger would accept them. I was afraid I could damage the batteries permanently by overtaxing them. But it worked out fine. It is a sweet little tool!
Oh and if you are thinking the dust port will be useful, it will take some fiddling to get the size to match your vacuum. Why must it always be so?Lire l'avis complet...

Great little cutter
Used this on a few projects and I really like it. It’s compact but yet works extremely well on cutting metal and other products. Glad I purchased this cutter, saved me a lot of time.

M12cutoff / 6.0ah is the only way to go, if you want pro-grade Performance !!! For example would you use a 2.0 battery on a 18 V cut off........No!!
Coupled with a 6.0 battery. it tackles any job rebar fence work cutting out aluminum windows tiling 1/8 tile in bathroom.
Just because Milwaukee says small batteries fit doesn’t mean that it’s appropriate for the job they just want you to buy every line of battery. I only buy M12 6.0 battery for commercial work and 3.0 cp battery for heated jacket!! Any other battery is a waste of time and money 1.5ah - 4.0ah M12 6.0ah Gives you the performance of M18 = 18V-20V batteries !!Lire l'avis complet...

Very Handy...
Great for my mobile service work, great when out in the "back 40" cutting something off of some old parts car. Compliments my Milwaukee M18 Sawzall. Buy It.
