my Xbox, a halo 3 limited edition, kicked the bucket from solder issues.(sad since i repaired it myself from all the red ring of death problems). so i bought this one in a great deal on eBay. this version of the 360 is far Superior then the old Xbox's. they don't just have a vent. the Xbox itself can release the heat from all sides making it one big heat damper. this solves 90 percent of the reasons the old Xbox got the red ring of death, and with upgraded software and hardware, the rest falls in line so no more red ring of death. plus the on board WI-fi which is a huge upgrade then the older Xbox, plus it has more compact hard drives the=at can hold massive amount of data then the older ones. there is no excuse not to upgrade to the slimes. even if the old one is not working. get a new slim one Xbox 360 now, you will not regret it.Lire l'avis complet...

System functionality restored. Play on!

Works fine. Console in good shape. Wear and tear on one controller but not an issue as I have two left from my original Halo 4 Xbox 360. I purchased this as replacement because my plasma monitor lacks HDMI inputs and I didn't want to mess with a converter. Its is compatible with the old Xbox AV cable, with component video and fiber optic audio. But truth be told, a new Xbox 360 is better value.Lire l'avis complet...

Best bang for your buck. Honestly.

I bought it because our old XBOX was 7 years old (yes that's long time, it was also a limited edition). It was just not running like it used to. This XBOX is state of the art in fun and entertainment. 320GB to save all your super gaming fun is exceptional in itself,but there's even more! It has touch sensors for ejecting discs as well as powering on/off with the console power (as opposed to using the controller). It also makes sounds when doing those things. Lights are pretty when booting up, and I love the blue ring lights! Controllers work well. For the price of the bundle you get so much. Limited editions, in my experience, last much longer than any other so you certainly want to get one of those if you can. Awesome console for any Halo fan! Great fan-base appeal.

I greatly enjoy playing games on the Xbox 360, especially Halo related, and other FPS, games. This particular console has great graphic appeal, awesome fan -fun audio reactions, and an overall sleek look that any Xbox gamer will enjoy.

WHen powering on/off and opening/ejecting the disc tray, the console offers audio from the Halo genre that always gives a nice added touch.

Aside from the appearance and audio fun, this system is more or less the same as any basic Xbox 360 S. The added storage capacity of having a 320GB HDD built in is nice as well.

The only negative thing about the system is not related to this particular "Halo" version; however, the Xbox 360 S consoles themselves have internal HDDs that are unable to be upgraded to larger HDDs as the previous version of the Xbox 360 was able to do. The Halo 4 Limited edition xbox 360 console is beautiful. I love just looking at it. It makes neat sounds and performs like a champion. Its quiet, fast, pretty, and gets the gaming job done in style. The best 360 available!

I am a huge Halo fan, however I have never owned a Halo console before. I always have had a working Xbox we whenever a new Halo themed one was released and so I just never felt justified buying another console while I had a perfectly fine one still. Well, a couple months ago my newest Xbox finally bit the dust and needed to be replaced, well what do you know, the Halo 4 edition was just released about that time. So I bought that Halo 4 console and I have never been more satisfied with any other Xbox than this one. 320 GB, slim version hardware, Halo exterior and controls, and the thing lights up and makes awesome beeps n such. Love This

This is a very neat system with great graphics and very fun. The controller has a nice comfortable feel and is easy to use. Would definitely recommend!

FANTASMIC CONSOLE

I bought this Xbox 360 because I am an avid Halo fan and the quality is top notch. This console far surpasses the old white brick version, with vents on 3 sides, it is basically one big heat dampener, you'll have to work hard if you want to overheat this console. The sounds when you turn on the console and open the disc tray are also a nice touch. I love the controllers as well they are very responsive and match perfectly with the console. Always had hoped for a blue 360 - dream come true!

IMO, the most beautiful of each and every unique (limited and/or collector's edition) rendition of Microsoft's second console.

I especially like the change to blue LEDs surrounding the power switches on both the console, as well as the two included similarly themed gamepads.

The custom power on/off and open/close disc tray are welcome additions. However, the clarity (for lack of a better term) is slightly disappointing.

All in all however, this is one gorgeous console. And I recommend it if you are the collector type.
