Product listed as "Full retail version." But what I received was an upgrade version. Needed to install on new hard drive with no previous version available.

Good Product

Excellent item, everything worked fine, installation was problem free. The only drawback is that this is 32bit, not 64bit. it will install on a 64bit computer, but it is not 64bit. Excellent software for referbished computers.

This product works well on a computer with no operating system. It's not an upgrade but original Windows 7 software that will completely replace anything you have on your hard drive. Only dislike is that it's licensed for one computer, can not be used on multiple machines.Lire l'avis complet...

Win XP to Win 7

Booklet with the software and Win 7 install didn't exactly match up. I had to use the old trial & error method to complete install but everything worked out okay.

Sorry I feel into the trap.The windows 7 system would not load.It states the system has to be loaded in the first 30 day of purchase. This disk is used and a long way from its purchase date.

Not necessarily better but still good

I used to have Windows XP. When I installed Windows 7, it was a big difference. I had a hard time getting used to the differences in the two programs but once I got used to windows 7 it got better. Pretty easy, standard installation. Of course, needed a lot of updates, but now working on my laptop.
