Great gameplay. The game physics were some of the first that were truly realistic, jump jets were done right in action and use. The controls felt like controls, like most military vehicles stupid behavior would hurt no one but yourself. Soundtrack: The best I've heard, interesting and causing skin crawl when things heated up. You can throw a game CD in & listen today, sounds great. This can be made to work on XP & Vista!! Do a goole search. There is a install video on youtube (Mechwarrior 2 95 - Installation guide) still works for XP / Vista! Just an update no changes of this game would SELL big. Things aren't done that way but I wish. Versions of this game are noted to be unusalbe in XP/Vista. Get the DOS & win95 (& others?)work but check before you buy. My favorite game of all time Mechwarrior 2 mercenaries. Soundtrack truly is good. Watch the cut scenes when you call up the install guide esp. the merc ending and MW2 intro.Lire l'avis complet...

Mercenary worthy!

This was my least favorite game of the three games. The graphics improved a bit in this one compared to the previous two games. Music is good, and lends to the overall feel of the game. I didn't like how you had to buy your mechs in this version, but aside from that, it was a good game. If you're a hardcore Mechwarrior fan, then save your C-bills for this one.Lire l'avis complet...

Nostalgic game

This is an amazing game, you need a computer from 1996 or DOS box to run it. I got it mainly for the soundtrack which is equally amazing as the game.
