UPDATE:
Hinge screws get loose and fall out causing the whole thing to fall apart. The screws are too short for the nylon nut to do its job. Too short to engage nylon part of threads. Need longer screws or you will lose your anchor like i did. Also instal a back up rope incase it fails
Very solid thick material and a good item other than this major problem.

It locks my anchor in place , and I do not have to worry about it coming lose.
Its all stainless steel. And its pinned to keep it locked .
