MacGyver for all to see

I absolutely love the tv show MacGyver. I watched it growing up and it has always been a fond memory. Believe it or not that show actually brought my family together. It also taught me valuable lessons about being honest and trustworthy as well as how to think outside the box to solve problems in every day life. Granted some situations in the show were far fetched, the show gave the idea of using one thing as something else to solve a problem!! Really and excellent lesson!! I bought this item off ebay because I have always had success buying off ebay for the last few years. Everything I buy has made it to me in great condition and usually at a better price than even somewhere like wal-mart has to offer. Besides I like to support individual people and small buisnesses before large corperations. Thank you ebay for the opportunity to get things I want or need that often can't even be found at all in sourrounding areas!!!

Hey, It's Richard Dean Anderson...what did you expect?

Not much to say as this says it all: Richard Dean Anderson (also more recently known as Col. O'Neill of Stargate SG-1). Well, before Stargate Command was MacGyver and, as expected, Mr. Anderson (not to be confused with the "Mr. Anderson" of the Matrix, mind you) gives stellar and exciting performances. Even the seeming trite, overused phrase of "action packed' falls short to describe Mr. Anderson in MacGyver. My wife loves each and every episode. I bought it for her, and it is a gift that she will continue to enjoy show after show. MacGyver is a cross between James Bond and James West except MacGyver finds his stuff as he goes along in his mission. Lire l'avis complet...

MacGyver Sixth Season

I loved MacGyver when it was aired in TV. I have collected the seasons off and on for a while and last Christmas I have them all but 6 and found it at a good price on ebay and compared to my purchase if the other this one was less that half. MacGyver is just clean cut TV simple the statement use what you have and find another non-voilent way. I'm told that MacGyver's motto is "Duct Tape" never leave home without it. You could even let you older children watch MacGyver. I also like his ideas and causes he worked for. And it is fun to watch him get out or in to intresting situations.Lire l'avis complet...

The best show in tv ever

I love MacGyver the tv show. I used to always watch it when I was younger.
Richard Dean Anderson is one of my most favourite actors in the world.
MacGyver is an excellent adventure/action show from the golden 80's.

The dvd set is done really well, except that all the MacGyver boxes lack extras, I would've loved if they had done even a few audio commentaries and also interviewed Dana Elcar (Pete Thornton) before he passed away...

But even the lack of extras couldn't stop me from buying MacGyver on dvd, if you love the show like I do, you should buy the whole series on dvd.Lire l'avis complet...

MacGyver - The Complete Sixth Season (2006, DVD)

I sent this video to my grandson for his birthday. He said he really enjoyed watching it. He also learned some tricks of how to fix things with common household items from McGyver. He didn't think the show was dorky since it was several years old. He is fifteen, and I guess that was a compliment in this day and age. I bought it, because I thought he would enjoy the science part of the show. Before, I bought it, I searched the reviews and found out that season 6 was the best in quality and story. Who Doesn't Love MacGyver

I like how in this season MacGyver (Richard Dean Anderson) tells how Pete (his coworker) is really going through a gloucoma operation in real life. It was nice that they used a real life situation to make up some of this season. Also, Twenty Questions is another good show. This season I feel tells all that in life we all have problems to face but we can all overcome the problems.Lire l'avis complet...
